Just because

I think it'd be nice if this blog was bilingual... just a post in English from time to time. Just because I've been studying this wonderful language for years but now I rarely have the chance to use it – yes, I read books and magazines and I watch films, but they don't usually reply when I talk to them. And I was good at the "composition" tests ("tema"), I got the highest mark both times. Then I taught the language to 12 yrs old (and 18 yrs old also but I couldn't spot the difference) but I don't think anybody really listened in class. Now I'm not a translator – and proofreaders have to be mothertongue. Bollocks.
